Original Charlie’s Angels cast member Cheryl Ladd plays David McCallum’s love interest on NCIS.

“I think they must have heard that I was one of their greatest fans,” Cheryl joked with Nancy O’Dell when she was asked how her role on the show came to be. “It’s one of those shows that when they called and said they had something fun and interesting for me to do, I said yes.”

In the all-new episode, Cheryl plays Mary Courtney, Ducky’s (David McCallum) love interest whom he met via the internet.

“She’s charming and beautiful and wonderful and talented,” David gushed about his special guest star. “I hear she’s a great golfer, too.”

While Cheryl kept tight-lipped about her future on the show, she admitted that she would return to the show “in a New York minute” if given the opportunity, saying, “I’m having a ball.”
