Where We Left Off: The team found and killed Jonas Cobb, aka the Port-to-Port Killer. E.J. Barrett (guest star Sarah Jane Morris) removed a microchip from the arm of one of her dead agents. And the new Secretary of the Navy (guest star Matt Craven) gave Tony a top-secret mission to find someone who had been leaking NCIS intel.

What’s Next: Sounds like all the big mysteries will be answered in the season premiere, which covers all the time that’s passed between seasons via flashbacks “You’re going to get the answer to the microchip, the answer to who was in that photograph, and somebody’s going to die,” executive producer Gary Glasberg teases.
