“CI-Ray Is On the Way!” | That is wordsmith Michael Weatherly’s way of trumpeting that fans of CBS’ NCIS will meet Ziva’s mystery man later this season. “I think it’s going to be interesting,” Weatherly told me. After all, he notes, “Tony killed Ziva’s last boyfriend.” (Hate when that happens.)
